As Executive Director of Les Finch’s Learning Tree, Ms. Gail is committed to continuing the legacy of quality childcare that has served the North Lawndale community since 1969. As a second-generation family leader, he is dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment where every child is encouraged to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. She works closely with families and staff to ensure that every child receives the highest level of care while carrying forward the values established by the founders of Les Finch’s Learning Tree.
