What are your hours of operations?
We are open Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Do you provide meals?
Yes. We provide Breakfast, Lunch and P.M. snack through the CACFP Food Program.
How do I begin the enrollment process?
Complete our online enrollment form. Our office will review your information and contact you with the next steps.
What documents are required for enrollment?
Required documents include a birth certificate, current physical, immunization records, a dental examination (for children ages 3 and older), emergency contact information, and any additional forms required by DCFS.
How do I make tuition payments?
We accept cash, money orders, credit cards, and debit cards. A 3.6% processing fee applies to all credit and debit card transactions. Personal checks are not accepted.

We are located at 4217 W. 16th St. in the North Lawndale community on Chicago’s West Side, just minutes from Downtown Chicago.
